Couples and Family Psychotherapy - Virtual

“I’m so happy you are here.” These words are at the heart of my practice. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I am honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.

As a Registered Qualifying Psychotherapist, I work with individuals of all ages — including youth, teens, adults, and couples — navigating a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship struggles. I offer a compassionate, client-centered space where your story is heard, and healing becomes possible.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This flexible approach allows me to tailor our work together to your unique goals, strengths, and needs. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a diploma in Social Service Work. I am also proudly Métis and actively engaged in the Métis community, which continues to shape and ground my work in cultural humility, connection, and resilience.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, spending time with my family, and being in nature — especially just sitting outside and soaking in the moment.

Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or continuing your journey, I look forward to supporting you with empathy, honesty, and hope.
