“I’m so happy you are here.”
These words are at the heart of my practice. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I am honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
As a Registered Qualifying Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor, I work with individuals of all ages — including youth, teens, adults, and couples — navigating a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship struggles. I offer a compassionate, client-centered space where your story is heard, and healing becomes possible.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This flexible approach allows me to tailor our work together to your unique goals, strengths, and needs, while also supporting the processing of difficult or traumatic experiences in a safe and structured way.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a diploma in Social Service Work. I am also proudly Métis and actively engaged in the Métis community, which continues to shape and ground my work in cultural humility, connection, and resilience.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, spending time with my family, and being in nature — especially just sitting outside and soaking in the moment.
Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or continuing your journey, I look forward to supporting you with empathy, honesty, and hope.

I strive to offer a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel safe to show up exactly as they are. My approach is client-centred and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion. I draw from CBT, mindfulness-based therapies, DBT, humanistic, and strengths-based approaches to support clients in ways that feel individualized and meaningful.
I enjoy working with concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges. I hope to provide a soft place to land, somewhere clients feel supported while carrying and making sense of the heavy things in life.

Not sure where to begin? That is more than okay. I see therapy as a space where we can sit with what’s uncertain together, in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and meaningful. At the core of my work is a deep belief in human resilience, especially in people who have had to navigate more than their share. I support individuals, couples and children and adolescents (age 7+) experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and challenges related to emotional regulation and personal growth.
My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), positive psychology, and existential therapy. More importantly, I orient myself to you: your story, your pace, and your lived experience.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a management consultant. I’ve been profoundly touched by witnessing human moments in everyday life, even in places that were designed to be transactional. Those moments shaped my desire to support people in times of crisis and in the times in-between. This often looks like self-reflection, growth and possibility.
Wherever you are in your journey, it is a privilege to meet you there.
