As a counsellor, I believe one of the most important aspects is fostering an open, safe, and compassionate environment through a person-centred, non-judgemental, and strength-based approach. This flexible approach means I meet you where you are, we work at your pace, on your goals, strengths, and needs.
I love working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds and with all kinds of different challenges and stresses. I will learn from you, just as you will learn from me. I am honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
